Cancellation Policy

Andalusian Excursions is not liable for illness, injury, death, damage, or loss of any kind to passengers or their belongings during excursions. Andalusian Excursions is fully insured and all transportation has full passenger insurance. The excursion voucher entitles the holder to the full services described in the excursion and also the description and services of the excursion host. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the excursion date are not accepted and are liable for the full cost of the excursion to be withheld. Andalusian Excursions will always endeavor to re-sell any canceled or altered reservations outside of the 48-hour clause. Credits and refunds will be issued on an individual basis depending on the reservation amendments. Andalusian Excursions reserves the right to alter excursions and if applicable the price without prior notice when due to circumstances out of our control. Only written complaints will be accepted within 48 hours of the excursion in question being rendered. following the European Union directive, only complaints that have been communicated to the excursion host during the tour can be accepted. No claims concerning weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc that are beyond our control will be accepted.
